Up early and loving having a day off at the Manly Ocean
Royale.
Continued to work on the pamphlets and some computer
connection issues.
Then off to the Corso for lunch at a Vietnamese Dumpling
House owned by a Chilean family?
Spent the day just walking around Manly Beach, the Marina,
drinking coffee and some shopping.
Then back to the apartment and more pamphleting and
researching local and national news.
There is certainly something in the air in regards to unrest
in Australia. Just since being here, seems everyone is ready to talk political,
social and environmental issues anytime I bring it up. Very interesting to be
doing such a project here with so many informed citizens giving me advice.
There are so many protests all around since last week’s election of Prime
Minister-elect Tony Abbott and just my luck he is from right here in Manly.
Getting ready for tomorrow’s talk at The Manly Gallery.
