Day 10

Up early and still thinking about yesterday's wonderful protest.

While today is another chance for a wonderful performance my attention is also on the 50th Anniversary of the 16th Street Baptist Church bombing. Such a sad and needless act yet in some way I can only hope that it ignited something in others that caused positive change.

"REMEMBER TODAY"

Got to the Dee Why Beach around 10am and did a few protests marches alone. This really teaches patience and gives me a chance to study the habits of the public when confronted by unexplainable information. It is work.

Dee Why is absolutely beautiful, magical  with the jagged cliffs, the huge waves and the surfers looking for the perfect wave.

Met up with Elle. She had attended a workshop at Eramboo. She and I spent a few hours discussing world and local politics over coffee and raisin toast.. It was great as she has lived all over the world.

Then back to the beach and was invited to be in a performance by a group of ladies doing synchronized swimming without actually swimming. Really funny...and fun. They joined in with the protests. Everyone here is very open to helping others. Very nice.

Afterwards, came back to that apartment via Cole's Supermarket.  Now to start thinking about next weeks protests.
