G'day Mates.
Up and off down the Manly Parade for the daily walk. The Parade is the walkway that hugs the beach and cliffs of the Tasman Sea. Absolutely beautiful. I am so tired of saying that.
On one end of the Parade is the backwater flowing from the Sea and an area of outstanding residences...like my new house here shown below.
Ended the walk at the Honolulu Cafe then back to the apartment to work on the pamphlets for the protests.
In the afternoon we drove over to Dee Why Beach. Dee Why is a more working class town
and the beach is inside an old volcano that also forms the bay. Stunning.
The Dee Why Council had a photographer there as did Rupert Murdoch that owns 75% of Australian media and can throw an election in a minute....so I have been told.
Back to the apartment, missed the Sydney ferry and caught a cab with a wonderfully informed Iranian driver that talked politics and Syria with me for 30 minutes. I have found most of the world is, in fact, on the same page.
Returned late. Looking forward to tomorrow and a day off.
